I don’t think much about making a new year’s resolution, but I do think a lot about the past year and the space I held. What did I accomplish, what did I learn and what did I give? My 2021 was filled with challenges to my family, my friends and to me personally. Looking at the tracks that I laid, I am proud to say that beyond it all, I not only survived, but I thrived.

2022 will be somewhat of a challenge due to Covid-19 changing our business landscape. How do we network, how do we gather, how should we carry on with meeting new people? Part of my lively hood is to share resources and get people moving in the right direction, so I’ve adopted an important phrase to guide me through this year. It is “fortune favors the brave.” It means that those who take risks often reap great rewards; those who are courageous are often the most successful.

The expression fortune favors the brave is a phrase that encourages taking a chance to reach your goals. Well, I want to network and play with my friends. I want that part of my life back that I miss oh so much. Here’s what I’m thinking…

I have had a plan to produce a landing page to showcase my talented friends who are Marketers, Service Professionals, etc. My plan is to allow them to hold a spot on my website just so I can refer business to them 24/7. I will be in contact with several marketing professionals here in Maui County who love their job and follow the golden rule. That landing page is not active yet but will have the URL ConnectMaui.com. I need to find a way to keep connected and learn more of who is a service provider here on Maui and why they do what they do.
I am looking forward to this project to help people grow in their business and to assist our community in getting the best customer service and care from true professionals.
