What I hear from my clients and friends is fear about AI. Fear is the one feeling we all get and it sometimes keeps us from moving forward. Technology has that effect on many of us as well.
Example:
My husband got a new computer. We set it up and the next morning he was ready to go. You could hear the brakes stop him in his tracks. The new computer asked for a pin number. He was dumbfounded. He didn’t set up a pin, so he started trying all the number phrases he usually uses. Nothing is working, and he gets locked out.

**We have all been here in some form on some platform. Rather than get so frustrated, walk away for a minute. Catch your breath and say one phrase to yourself: “I can fix this.”**

By this time I need to walk over and see what’s up. I sit down and ask him to give me some room. He does and I get ready to work. I take a deep breath and find the same box that he was struggling with.

So first, I did a Google search to see if others have had this problem before. In fact, someone has always had the same problem. I followed the storylines and found that the information did help our situation.

The search got us to a place where we could rewrite the pin by following a few steps. I asked him for a 4-digit number and “Viola”, he’s in.

Note to self…Do not panic. Do not imagine everything that could go wrong. Do research and have faith that someone has had your problem before. There is mostly always a fix.

Next, prompts to use Meta AI.

My husband and I always see how far we can take prompts when using Meta AI. I have a few examples for you…

To use this, place your cursor in the search bar. I started by asking it to create Zombie Cowboys. It delivered. I then asked for more zombies, and it delivered. The faces got better and I had more Zombie action. Then I went for the ridiculous and asked, in the same prompt, pigs in blankets. And there you have it. : ) Who knew you had an artist in your pocket. (Artist, maybe not but it’s certainly fun.)

AI is available while you are posting as well. I have a few screenshots for you to see how to use it while you post. (Remember, while using AI, it is not to replace your text verbatim.) If you do use it, get ideas on how to better your text, the phrasing of a sentence, or finding that perfect word that will fit your writing and possibly make it better.

Start with a post and look for these options… My text read “Curious About”. Note below my text, you’ll find: Write with AI, Make it more professional, make it shorter, or even make it funny.
